What are your products made of?
We use animal-cruelty free leather for all our products.
Can I use water to clean my ordered product?
Yes. You can use a damp cloth to wipe your product or use small amounts of water mixed with soap or vinegar for the peskier stains. Yes, the products can be gift wrapped for a minimal charge of Rs. 100
What’s your return policy?
A product can only be returned if the customisation was done incorrectly, or the colour of the product received is different from the one you placed an order for. For any further queries, drop us an email at hello@theblackboxco.com.
RETURN POLICY
We genuinely hope you don’t have to visit this page but in the unfortunate event that you do, please drop us a mail with your complaint at hello@theblackboxco.com with the subject line “Replacement and Return” and we will get back to you.
All Replacements and returns will be considered within 15 days of delivery.
In case you receive a bad quality or damaged product, please attach a picture of the same and we will take care of the rest.
