You can personalise your product as shown above on the product page. Available colours: Black, Tan, Brown, Beige, Maroon, and Green.

2. How do I keep my products clean?

To clean your product, gently wipe it with a soft cotton cloth or paper towel. To protect it from dust and dirt, store it in a cotton bag when not in use.

All personalisation is done exactly as per the format shown on the product page. Please double-check spellings before placing your order, as we customise exactly what you enter.

6. Can I change the name after placing the order?

Changes can only be made within a 3 hours after placing the order. Please contact us immediately at hello@theblackboxco.com with your order number.

7. Do you customise in different fonts or styles?

The font and placement are pre-designed to maintain our signature look and cannot be altered.

8. Can I use emojis or special characters?

Only select special characters are supported. Please refer to the embossing/printing guidelines mentioned above.

9. How long does delivery take?

10. Do you provide gift packaging?
